By accessing our website and purchasing our full package of NDIS registration documents, forms, policies, and procedures (“Products”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our NDIS registration documents for your business. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial gain beyond your own business operations. 

2. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments 

2.1 Pricing 

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at our discretion. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at checkout. 

2.2 Payment Methods 

We accept secure online payments via Stripe. Payment must be completed in full before access to the Products is granted. 

2.3 No Refund Policy 

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience technical issues or concerns, please contact our support team at hello@regready.com.au. 

3. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content, including but not limited to documents, forms, policies, and procedures, is the intellectual property of Reg Ready. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
